Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions?
How much does a whole-home renovation cost in Oakville or Burlington?
Most whole-home and main-floor renovations we build cost $100,000 to $250,000+See price before HST. The number of rooms, whether walls or plumbing move, and your finishes decide where you land. You get a fixed quote, room by room, after a free consultation.
Can we live at home during the renovation?
Often, yes. We plan the work in phases so you keep a working kitchen or bathroom for as long as possible. For larger projects, some families stay elsewhere for the busiest weeks. We’ll tell you honestly at the consultation.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
A main floor usually takes 6 to 10 weeks on site, after design and permits. A full home takes longer. You get a written schedule before we start.
Do you handle permits and drawings?
Yes. When walls, plumbing or structure change, we prepare the drawings, bring in the structural engineer and handle the Town of Oakville or City of Burlington permit.
Can we do the renovation in stages?
Yes. Many clients start with the kitchen or main floor and do bathrooms or the basement later. We plan the first stage so the next one is easy.
Why one contractor for the whole house?
One team means one schedule, one point of contact and finishes that match from room to room. Nothing falls between trades.
