A licensed gas fitter moves gas lines, and new circuits for an island or appliances are filed with the Electrical Safety Authority. We coordinate both.
Postwar homes often have closed kitchens and floors that have settled. We check the floor and walls before the cabinets are ordered, so everything sits level.
Newer subdivisions have good layouts with builder cabinets. A pantry wall, an island and quartz are usually all a newer kitchen needs.
