A Family Business That Treats Your Home Like Our Own.

When I (Daniel) started this business in 2003, I made myself one promise: never put my name on work I wouldn’t be proud of. No shortcuts. No empty promises. Just honest craftsmanship, done right.

From the beginning, this wasn’t just about renovations—it was about people. About showing up, listening, and treating every home like it was our own.

That mindset became the foundation of everything we do. And when Elijah joined our family, he didn’t just step into the business—he embraced its purpose. Now, he’s helping us grow, making sure every client gets the same trust, quality, and care that built our reputation.

Because a home is more than walls and floors. It’s where life happens. Where kids leave handprints on fresh paint, birthdays are celebrated, and quiet mornings turn into cherished memories.

So if you’ve got a project in mind, let’s talk. Booking an appointment doesn’t mean you’re committing to anything—it just means we get to hear your ideas, share our expertise, and offer honest advice. No pressure, no cost—just a conversation about how we can bring your vision to life.

Daniel Khoury built Gracia Makeovers Inc. on one simple promise—quality work, done right. Since immigrating with his family in 2003, he has poured his heart into every project, treating each home as if it were his own. As a husband and father of four, he understands what families need in a home, and he brings that care and dedication to every job. At Gracia Makeovers Inc., clients aren’t just customers—they’re part of the family. And that means every detail matters.

If you just want a CHEAP renovation, we're NOT the right fit.

Yes — we deliver beautiful, high quality renovations. But that should be your bare minimum expectation. There are 128,000+ contractors in the GTA. And if you’re only looking for “lowest bid,” we’ll be the first to tell you:

You’ll find cheaper. Because here’s what most crews don’t tell you: A cheap renovation usually means blown timelines, ballooning budgets, cut corners, and trades you’ll never hear from again.

We run everything in-house: Design, permits, planning, build, trades, timelines — all under one roof. No chasing subcontractors. No ghosting. No guessing.

We show up when we say we will. We stick to the number we quoted. And we finish when we said we would — not three months late with excuses. If you want it fast and cheap — we’re not your guys. If you want it done right — we’re already booked next week.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. "I cannot say enough good things about the team at Burlington Home Renovation Contractors by Gracia Makeovers! This was our second time doing a kitchen reno, and this team made me realize the difference an honest contractor can make. We did new tiles, cupboards, stovetop, and lighting. From start to finish, they did an absolutely amazing job. The team listened so patiently to every single request I had, and there were many... I appreciated that they added their professional insight whenever it was needed to make sure everything actually made sense. The heart of our home finally feels so warm and inviting. Thank you so much to the whole crew for bringing this vision to life!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Elijah and his team did a fantastic job renovating our kitchen. From start to finish, communication was easy, clear, and straightforward. Elijah made sure our requirements were met and brought my vision to reality.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Our kitchen and bar turned out beautifully, and most importantly, the project was completed on time despite a very tight timeline. I am very happy with the process and results! Thank you Elijah and team!
