Mould comes from moisture that wasn't fixed. Once a remediation company has removed it, we fix the cause, whether it is a leaking shower, a bathroom with no fan or a damp basement wall, and rebuild what was taken out.
Make the house safe first. Shut off the water at the main valve, stay away from wet outlets and the electrical panel, and call your insurer to open a claim. They usually send a cleanup company to remove the water and dry the house, or to clean up after smoke. We don't do that emergency cleanup. We come in once the house is dry and rebuild everything that was damaged, and you're welcome to call us now to talk it through.
