Bathrooms we renovate

Where we work in and around Toronto

Leaside, The Beaches, High Park, Roncesvalles, Leslieville, Lawrence Park, the Danforth and North York, and the rest of Toronto.

The homes

Toronto’s older homes mean narrow lots, plaster walls and tight basements, alongside renovated semis and newer infill homes. We plan for access, parking and neighbours from day one.

Bathroom renovation permits in Toronto

New fixtures in the same spots usually don’t need a permit. Moving the toilet or shower drain, or changing walls, usually needs one from City of Toronto. We handle the drawings and the permit.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience working with Elijah, Daniel, and the entire team on our home renovation project.

From the beginning, Elijah was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Daniel was also very helpful throughout the process, always willing to listen to our questions and concerns and work with us to find the best solutions.

Renovations can be stressful, especially when there are changes and unexpected challenges along the way, but the team was patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the results.

We really appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication. We’re very happy with how everything turned out, and it was a pleasure working with the team.

Thank you again, Elijah, Daniel, and everyone involved. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. "I cannot say enough good things about the team at Burlington Home Renovation Contractors by Gracia Makeovers! This was our second time doing a kitchen reno, and this team made me realize the difference an honest contractor can make. We did new tiles, cupboards, stovetop, and lighting. From start to finish, they did an absolutely amazing job. The team listened so patiently to every single request I had, and there were many... I appreciated that they added their professional insight whenever it was needed to make sure everything actually made sense. The heart of our home finally feels so warm and inviting. Thank you so much to the whole crew for bringing this vision to life!
