Kitchens we renovate

Where we work

The Kingsway, Islington Village, Mimico, New Toronto, Long Branch, Humber Valley, Markland Wood and Eatonville, and the rest of Etobicoke.

The homes

Etobicoke has many older homes, from 1920s and 30s houses in the Kingsway and Long Branch to post-war bungalows in Islington and Markland Wood. Older homes often need updated wiring, plumbing and insulation as part of the work.

Permits

Removing a load-bearing wall or moving plumbing usually needs a building permit from City of Toronto. We take care of the drawings, the engineer and the permit.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience working with Elijah, Daniel, and the entire team on our home renovation project.

From the beginning, Elijah was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Daniel was also very helpful throughout the process, always willing to listen to our questions and concerns and work with us to find the best solutions.

Renovations can be stressful, especially when there are changes and unexpected challenges along the way, but the team was patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the results.

We really appreciate everyone’s hard work and dedication. We’re very happy with how everything turned out, and it was a pleasure working with the team.

Thank you again, Elijah, Daniel, and everyone involved. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a home renovation!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. "I cannot say enough good things about the team at Burlington Home Renovation Contractors by Gracia Makeovers! This was our second time doing a kitchen reno, and this team made me realize the difference an honest contractor can make. We did new tiles, cupboards, stovetop, and lighting. From start to finish, they did an absolutely amazing job. The team listened so patiently to every single request I had, and there were many... I appreciated that they added their professional insight whenever it was needed to make sure everything actually made sense. The heart of our home finally feels so warm and inviting. Thank you so much to the whole crew for bringing this vision to life!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Elijah and Daniel renovated our kitchen earlier this year, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The quality of the work is outstanding, and everything still looks brand new months later. They were easy to communicate with, stayed on schedule, and paid attention to every detail. We’d gladly hire them again for future projects
